About

Enabled Humanity and Peace Foundation is a mission-driven nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing human dignity, inclusive economic participation, and equitable access to opportunity in the evolving world of work. The Foundation focuses on disability inclusion, education, and workforce readiness, addressing structural barriers that often prevent people with disabilities from accessing skills, training, and pathways into meaningful employment. The Foundation was created to support grassroots and community-led initiatives that complement the work of Enabled Talent, an accessibility and workforce technology company. Enabled Talent works with governments, colleges, employers, and nonprofit organizations to develop technology and tools that help create accessible hiring systems. The Foundation, however, operates independently with a focus on community outreach, research, and no-cost initiatives that expand awareness, skills development, and participation for underserved communities, particularly people with disabilities. Through collaborations with community organizations, educators, local institutions, and public partners, the Foundation supports inclusive learning programs, grassroots engagement, and policy conversations around accessible employment and the future of work. One example is the ENABLE Canada Series, a community-driven initiative that brings together educators, employers, advocates, and public leaders across cities to discuss accessibility, workforce participation, and inclusive economic opportunity. Current activities are centered in North America, with early conversations underway for similar community-focused initiatives in Africa and the MENA region. As part of its 2026 goals, the Foundation plans to provide free future-of-work and digital skills training to up to 100,000 individuals with disabilities, helping more people prepare for participation in a changing, technology-driven workforce.
