About the Role We are seeking a Data Analyst / Data QA professional with deep experience in data analysis, testing, and validation. Candidates from either Product or QA backgrounds with hands-on data QA using XLS/CSV are welcome. Roles & Responsibilities Perform detailed data analysis, testing, and validation using XLS/CSV files. Analyze data sets and identify discrepancies, data quality issues, and inconsistencies. Use Excel extensively for data analysis and validation. Partner with clients to execute and coordinate UAT activities. Collaborate with business and client stakeholders to understand requirements and validate data. Work effectively across both Waterfall and Agile project environments. Communicate findings, issues, and testing results clearly to stakeholders. Required Skills & Experience Deep experience in Data Analysis. Strong experience in Data Testing & Validation. Strong hands-on Excel experience for analysis. Experience performing data QA using XLS/CSV. Strong client-facing and UAT coordination experience. Experience working in Waterfall and Agile methodologies. Strong oral communication skills. Nice to Have SQL experience. Financial Services (FS) knowledge. Wealth Management experience.
