Job summary

System Administrator (Windows / UNIX / Citrix) We are looking for an experienced System Administrators to join a leading financial services organization. The successful candidate will support enterprise infrastructure, ensuring the stability, availability, and performance of critical systems and applications. Responsibilities Administer and support Windows, UNIX/Linux, or Citrix environments. Monitor system performance and resolve infrastructure issues. Install, configure, maintain, and patch servers and operating systems. Troubleshoot production incidents and perform root cause analysis. Support user access, system security, and infrastructure maintenance. Work closely with infrastructure, networking, application support, and security teams. Participate in system upgrades, maintenance activities, and operational support. Maintain technical documentation and follow established operational procedures. Participate in an on-call rotation when required. Required Skills 5+ years of experience as a System Administrator or Infrastructure Support Engineer. Experience supporting Windows Server, UNIX/Linux, or Citrix environments (experience with one or more is acceptable). Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Experience working in an enterprise production environment. Knowledge of system administration best practices. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Nice to Have Experience within financial services or investment banking. Exposure to Active Directory, VMware, virtualization, scripting, or monitoring tools. ITIL knowledge or relevant infrastructure certifications.
