This position will be responsible for safely operate compressor stations ensuring safety and reliability. This is a maintenance and operations position based in Price George (BC). What you will do • Complete the Operator Qualifications Training program for each station within your region as required. • Operate and maintain all facility equipment at station(s) throughout the region as required. • Complete all required safety, operations, and maintenance training. • Create/review procedures. • Must be willing to work away from home if required and able to work On Call and Overtime. • Work with support groups (Planner/Finance, etc). • Be capable of working all Unifor 4960 shifts. Who you are You have the following qualifications and skills: Required: • Journeyperson Electrician or Instrumentation Technician or Journeyperson Millwright, Heavy Duty Mechanic. • Valid driver’s license. Preferred: • Dual Trade. • Ability to multi-task and change duties quickly. • Demonstrated self-starter. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Able to carry out daily duties with minimal supervision and support. • Experience working in the oil & gas industry. Requirements

Candidates must hold a Journeyperson Electrician, Instrumentation Technician, Millwright, or Heavy Duty Mechanic certification. A valid driver's license and the ability to work in an oil and gas environment are required.
