enCompass is seeking an experienced, innovative and strategic Project Manager for our Port Coquitlam, BC location. enCompass Solutions Group services customers in a variety of markets, including Ports and Terminals, Industrial (Metals, Paper, Chemical, Mining), General Industry (Automotive, Manufacturing), Utility (Power Plants, Water and Wastewater), Marine, Oil and Gas, Mining, and others. This individual will be a key member of both the Engineering and PMO (Project Management Office) Teams and will be responsible for management of a wide variety of projects in terms of both size and scope. Your contribution to the team will include utilizing a variety of project management skills to ensure projects stay on-time and on-budget and end with a satisfied client. As part of the team, you will: * Plan and manage multiple small and large projects involving internal and external labor and procurement of material. * Demonstrate thorough understanding of customer and supplier contractual commitments, ensuring projects are delivered in a safe manner and that our customer and business commitments are met or exceeded. * Work with our technical teams to ensure that work is completed in a timely manner and on budget. * Work with our accounting team to provide financial reporting. * Support the Commercial team in identifying and quoting new opportunities. * Assist in the development of job cost estimates and attend critical customer meetings, as needed. * Actively participate in EHS (Environmental, Health and Safety) Policies and Procedures. * Understand critical industry standards. What you will need to be successful in this role: * One of the following: * Bachelor's Degree in an Electrical Engineering discipline from an accredited university or college or * Technologist Diploma in a relevant specialty such as industrial controls, power or robotics or * Project Management experience within an engineering firm that handles electrical and/or control system engineering What you will need to be successful in this role: * Demonstrated ability to perform Project Management role in a matrixed environment with multiple projects/clients at a time. Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a Technologist Diploma in a relevant specialty. A minimum of 2 years of project management experience within an engineering firm handling electrical or control systems is required.
