We are currently looking for Telecom Sales Representatives to represent our client, a leading telecommunications company, in retail stores. You will be the face of a major telecommunications company in retail stores, providing outstanding customer service and promoting their services. Your role will involve engaging customers, identifying their needs, and recommending tailored solutions to enhance their experiences. Location: Burlington Centre and Mapleview Mall Salary: $22-26/hour Expected Start Date: Nov 9, 2026 Responsibilities Actively approach and engage with customers, building strong relationships and trust. Educate customers on services, including internet, television, and home phone services, and identify the best solutions for their needs. Work towards individual and team sales goals, driving revenue and contributing to the success of retail operations. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a seamless experience. Collaborate with management and other team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment. Greet customers in a timely manner and servicing their needs to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsible for ensuring that the general operation of the store is carried out in the most professional, organized, and profitable manner possible. Opening and closing of the store as required. Other duties as required. Sales or customer service experience, preferably in a retail or telecom. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for helping customers. Goal-oriented and motivated to hit targets. Tech-savvy and comfortable learning about telecommunications products and services. Flexibility for various shifts, including evenings and weekends. Commitment to service excellence and customer satisfaction.
