Role Description The Administrative Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Stoney Creek, ON. This position is responsible for performing daily administrative and clerical tasks, including managing phone calls, responding to emails, maintaining records, and organizing digital and physical files. The role includes scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, supporting executives with administrative needs, and assisting with document preparation and data entry. The Administrative Assistant will also help maintain office supplies, support internal communication, and collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations. Qualifications Strong administrative assistance and clerical skills, including file management, data entry, and document preparation. Professional phone etiquette and clear communication skills for interacting with internal teams, clients, and partners. Experience providing executive administrative assistance, such as calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements. Proficiency with office software (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace) and comfort working with basic databases or CRM tools. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work on-site, collaborate effectively with diverse teams, and maintain a professional, customer-focused demeanor. Previous experience in an administrative or office support role; experience in industrial, construction, or environmental services is an asset. High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business administration or a related field is an advantage.
