ENERCON is currently seeking an On Site Warehouse Coordinator to join our Service team at one of our five locations across Quebec. The On Site Warehouse Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the efficient flow of materials, spare parts, and components required to support wind turbine maintenance operations. This position is responsible for managing inventory, coordinating material movements, supporting logistics activities, and maintaining accurate warehouse transactions within SAP. The successful candidate will help ensure an uninterrupted supply of parts while contributing to operational efficiency, continuous improvement, and a strong safety culture. Key Responsibilities Ordering of materials, spare parts, and components for assigned locations within the region. Coordinate the receipt, booking, transfer, and distribution of materials to warehouses and service vehicles. Support transportation and logistics activities to ensure timely delivery of parts and equipment. Monitor inventory levels, including minimum and maximum stock requirements, outstanding purchase orders, and slow-moving inventory. Process incoming shipments and coordinate the return of defective or damaged components. Support annual inventory counts and cycle-counting activities. Organize warehouses and optimize storage utilization and inventory management practices. Ensure accurate inventory transactions and documentation within SAP. Maintain a safe and organized work environment while promoting ENERCON's health and safety standards. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing logistics and inventory processes. Qualifications Diploma or degree in Materials Management, Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field. 3 to 5 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, inventory management, or materials coordination role. Proficiency in French and English is an asset Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Experience working with SAP or a comparable ERP system. Basic knowledge of accounting principles. Technical knowledge of electrical or mechanical components is considered an asset. Basic understanding of occupational health and safety practices. Valid driver's license. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Detail-oriented with a commitment to inventory accuracy and process compliance.
