Production/Factory Assembler Calgary Manufacturing Plants (various locations) About the Company & Position Founded in 1966 Custom manufacturing of industrial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment Consistent growth and expansion throughout Canada and the United States. Many employees work in our manufacturing facilities as Production/Factory Assemblers where they: Read blueprints and specification documents. Create parts lists. Gather materials to fabricate and assemble Engineered Airs custom HVAC equipment and systems What's in it for you? Ability to learn new skills and enjoy a long-term career A diverse employee group Well-established, recognized, and legislatively compliant Health and Safety Program and Joint Health and Safety Committee General Tasks Opportunity to perform some of the following tasks based on capability and production needs: Metal Measure, cut, and fasten sheet metal Assemble metal components for installation into HVAC equipment Electrical Wire electrical systems for HVAC equipment Test electrical systems and perform quality checks Skills/Physical Requirements Production or general labor experience (an asset) Previous experience with hand, power tools, and tape measures Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Standing for long periods of time in a busy production environment Must be 18 year of age or older required for this position Pay / Shift Hourly rate: $ 20.25 Daytime shifts Typical schedule is up to 48 hours/week, including occasional Saturday shifts. Requirements

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and capable of lifting 50 pounds while standing for long periods. Previous experience in production, general labor, and the use of hand and power tools is considered an asset.
