*Summary*: The Pharmacy Assistant will be an active member of the pharmacy team in supporting pharmacy activities providing excellent patient care. *This position is part-time but may be switched to full-time based on performance and organizational needs.* *Location: *Unit 2- 14872 Yonge Street, Aurora, ON *Responsibilities:* * Process prescriptions (including: prescription order entry, 3rd party payor adjudication and troubleshooting, correct selection of generic medication, blister packaging etc.) * Support pharmacists and clinic team to deliver optimal patient care * Maintain inventory control and other administrative functions * Provide customer service in a pleasant and efficient manner *Requirements:* * Min of 1 year of community pharmacy experience preferred * Available to work weekends and evenings * Excellent communication skills * Knowledge in Kroll Computer System an asset * Willingness to learn *Why Enhanced Care might be right place for you:* * Nominated for 2012 York Regions' Character Organization Award * Winner of 2015 OPA's Collaborative Services Award * Ongoing career training and development Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour Application question(s): * What is your phone number and email address? * How many years of Ontario community pharmacy experience do you have?
