Job summary

Description Position Summary: Build and assemble machines or mechanical components according to requirements. Conduct repairs aiming for maximum reliability. Troubleshoot reported problems and resolve them in a timely manner. Perform thorough maintenance of equipment. Safety will always be the top priority at Entegra Solutions. Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with department processes, procedures, and practices to ensure the most accurate product delivery. Operational Excellence: Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, consistently working towards the achievement of individual and team goals. Additional Duties: Perform all other duties as assigned. Requirements Understanding of machinery operation Aptitude in using various hand tools & power tools (torque wrenches, drills etc.) Ability to follow established procedures and practices and read instruction, blueprints etc. Very good communication skills Good physical strength High school diploma is preferred; Certification from a vocational school or participation in apprenticeship is a definite plus Perform assigned tasks in a safe manner with limited supervision Always follow all safety rules, standards and procedures Perform other related duties as required and assigned Demonstrates a commitment to integrating the ENTEGRA® Core Values into daily work and life. — Be Innovative.
