Job summary
Job Role: .NET Backend Engineer Location: Mississauga, ON (Hybrid – 2 Days Onsite) Work Mode: Contract Required Experience 5–10+ years of backend development experience. Strong hands-on experience with .NET Core and backend application development. Mandatory Skills .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC/Core REST API Development Microservices MongoDB, SQL Server/PostgreSQL AWS Services (S3 preferred) Kafka or similar messaging platforms Authentication & Authorization (JWT, OAuth/OIDC) Unit & Integration Testing, TDD CI/CD concepts Security best practices (OWASP Top 10) Responsibilities Design and develop scalable backend applications and REST APIs. Build and maintain Microservices using .NET Core. Optimize SQL/NoSQL databases. Implement secure APIs and authentication. Work with AWS services and Kafka. Participate in the full SDLC, including development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
