Job summary
Job Title: Pricefx Support Lead Work Location: REMOTE (USA or CANADA) Role Summary The Pricefx Support Lead will be responsible for managing production support, enhancements, and operational stability of the Pricefx platform. The role requires strong hands-on technical expertise in Pricefx, pricing processes, integrations, and stakeholder management while leading onsite-offshore support operations. Key Responsibilities Lead L2/L3 production support for Pricefx, ensuring SLA compliance and timely resolution of incidents and service requests. Troubleshoot Pricefx pricing logic, workflows, integrations, data issues, and production defects. Coordinate with business stakeholders, pricing teams, and offshore delivery teams to prioritize support activities and enhancements. Perform root cause analysis and drive permanent resolution of recurring issues. Support releases, deployments, testing cycles, upgrades, and production validations. Monitor application health, integrations, and data quality across Pricefx and connected systems. Mandatory Skills Pricefx Certification (Mandatory). Hands-on experience with Pricefx configuration, pricing logic, workflows, and platform administration. Experience with Pricefx modules such as Price Management, Rebates, Workflow Management, Analytics, or Quote & Configure. Strong understanding of pricing processes including pricing strategy, discounts, promotions, rebates, and margin optimization. Experience supporting Pricefx integrations with ERP systems, preferably SAP. Hands-on experience with SQL, data validation, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis. Experience leading incident, problem, change, and release management activities. Strong stakeholder management and onsite-offshore coordination skills. Experience with Groovy scripting and Pricefx calculation logic development. Experience with middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, SAP CPI, or Informatica. Thanks, and regards!!
