Job Title: Workday Senior Consultant (Core HCM and Recruiting) Location: Canada (REMOTE) Type: Contract Mandatory Certifications: Workday Core HCM certified Workday Recruiting Certified Key Responsibilities We’re seeking an experienced 10+ Yes exp in Senior/Lead Workday Recruiting and Core HCM Consultant to join our Workday Partner practice. In this role, you’ll lead end-to-end Workday Recruiting and Core HCM implementations, advise clients on best-practice talent acquisition processes, and drive successful delivery across complex, multi-country projects 5+ years of experience developing calculated fields, creating advanced reports, performing data audits, and managing complex Workday configurations Leading HCM Core and Recruiting workstream with at least two or three successful Workday implementations Gathering business requirements through facilitating discovery and design workshops Leading functional discovery and design sessions Providing recommendations based on leading practices Managing touchpoints with related Workday functional modules Work with Integration team on payroll related output Understanding of HR processes and best practices Lead Workday Recruiting workstreams from discovery through go-live · Design and configure recruiting processes, job requisitions, workflows, and offers · Advise clients on TA best practices and Workday optimization · Conduct workshops, testing cycles, and user training · Support cross-functional teams (HCM, Talent, Comp, Integrations, Reporting) Strong consulting, communication, and client-management skills · Workday Recruiting Partner Certification · Experience in Workday Partner environments strongly preferred We are an Equal Opportunity Employer. Requirements
