Position Overvie wEnvironmental 360 Solutions is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Sudbury operations. The Operations Manager is responsible for the safe, efficient, and profitable management of daily operations across environmental service lines, including solid waste, liquid waste, hazardous waste, transportation, and industrial services .The successful candidate will provide strong leadership to field and office teams, oversee fleet and equipment utilization, ensure regulatory compliance, manage financial performance, and maintain exceptional customer service . Key Responsibiliti esLead all daily operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant service deliver y.Manage supervisors, drivers, operators, technicians, and administrative staf f.Oversee routing, dispatch, scheduling, fleet utilization, and equipment performanc e.Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, TDG, Ministry requirements, and health & safety standard s.Manage site financial performance, including budgets, P&L, labour, productivity, and operational KPI s.Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, municipalities, and regulatory agencie s.Support business growth through operational excellence and continuous improvemen t.Monitor operational performance and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and profitabilit y.Foster a positive, accountable workplace culture focused on safety and customer servic e.Qualificatio ns5+ years of progressive leadership experience in waste management, environmental services, transportation, logistics, or industrial operation s.Experience managing one or more of the following: solid waste, liquid waste, hazardous waste, industrial services, or fleet operation s.Strong understanding of environmental regulations, transportation compliance, and health & safety requirement s.Proven experience managing budgets, P&L statements, and operational performanc e.Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skill s.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and operational management softwar e.Valid driver's license require d.
