As part of your role, you may expect to be involved in: * Work with clients and the Land Development team on GTA land development projects * Helping to manage the design team and ensuring client expectations and business unit standards are met * Obtaining land development approvals and acting as a liaison between client and approving authorities * Participating in the preparation of proposals and other business development activities and aid with financial management of projects * Mentoring staff and assisting with their development and growth * Proactively committing to creating a positive work environment * Supporting and/or developing Health & Safety programs * Collaborating with other disciplines at EnVision with respect to multi-disciplinary projects * Travel to sites within the Greater Toronto Area and Ontario, as needed * Any other functions assigned as part of your employment To apply to this position, you should expect to have: * Undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering or a related field * 5-10 years of experience in a consulting environment focused on GTA land development projects * Licensed as a Professional Engineer in Ontario * Working knowledge of the land development approvals process in Ontario * Project management experience is an asset * Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil3D * Proven success in client relationship management and strong leadership skills * Comfortable interacting with the public, clients, contractors, and co-workers * Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision * Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively, and to proactively respond to time-sensitive issues * A valid G license and access to a vehicle to travel to and from sites (mileage to sites compensated), including valid and appropriate vehicle insurance Why EnVision? * Competitive compensation and employer paid benefits * Employer matching program * Opportunities for growth and mentorship * Positive work environment and culture, including social events and training sessions covering a wide variety of topics for the entire team * Employee Assistance Program * Flexible work arrangements and schedules * Be part of a fast-growing professional services company The salary for this position will be commensurate with the years of relevant experience and qualifications that the successful candidate brings to the role. Requirements

Candidates must hold an undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering and be a licensed Professional Engineer in Ontario. A minimum of 5-10 years of consulting experience in GTA land development and proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil3D are required.
