Key Responsibilities 1. Responsible for solution support in wind turbine sales across overseas markets, establishing and maintaining technical and business communication platforms with different types of customers. Work closely with sales teams and customer-facing functions to support opportunity development and project acquisition, and contribute to business targets assigned by the company. 2. Develop solutions based on customer needs and provide lifecycle support Based on customer requirements, project boundary conditions, and product capabilities, carry out technical solution planning and configuration design, and provide lifecycle solution support covering project development, bidding, delivery preparation, and subsequent optimization. 3. Conduct technical and commercial engagement for key customers and projects For key customers and strategic projects, conduct tailored solution communication, organize technical clarification, solution presentations, and commercial coordination, clearly demonstrate solution advantages, enhance customer recognition, and help influence customer decisions. 4. Translate customer voice into internal actions to improve competitiveness Effectively collect and communicate customer needs, market feedback, and competitive intelligence, and mobilize internal resources across sales, product, R&D, delivery, legal, and supply chain functions to continuously improve product competitiveness, solution fit, and customer satisfaction. 5. Support bid preparation and contract negotiation to ensure compliant project execution Prepare or contribute to technical and solution-related sections of bidding documents, and support project bidding, technical clarification, and commercial alignment. Participate in contract negotiation and risk identification to ensure projects progress smoothly in a compliant and executable manner. 6. Support process building and team capability development Based on business development needs, participate in the establishment of solution-related processes, mechanisms, and methodologies, and help improve the business team’s ability to mobilize internal resources and enhance project execution efficiency, thereby supporting the achievement of annual key business goals. Required Experience 1. Education:Bachelor’s degree or above. Majors in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, energy, automation, engineering management, marketing, or related fields are preferred. 2. Work Experience:At least 3 years of experience in market solutions, technical support, product development, or renewable energy project-related roles. Experience in wind power, renewable energy, power equipment, or large-scale energy projects is preferred. 3. Overseas Communication Skills:Strong English communication skills, with the ability to independently handle technical communication, solution presentations, and daily interactions with overseas customers. Cross-cultural communication capability is required; overseas market experience is preferred. 4. Core Competencies:Strong interpersonal, organizational, and cross-functional coordination skills. Customer-oriented, with strong overall business awareness, accountability, and resilience under pressure. Able to drive problem-solving and execution in complex project environments. 5. Industry Knowledge and Professional Capability:Good understanding of the renewable energy industry, including industry dynamics, market characteristics, and mainstream technology routes. Familiar with relevant technical knowledge and solution logic, and able to support customer demand analysis, solution development, and project execution. Preferred Qualifications Experience with overseas wind turbine OEMs, energy equipment companies, or renewable energy projects is preferred; Experience in markets such as Canada, South Africa, and Türkiye is preferred; Experience in bidding, contract negotiation, grid-connection coordination, or key account project support is preferred; Familiarity with developers, IPPs, utilities, EPCs, and their operating models is preferred

Requirements
