Job summary
Open For Fulltime and Contract both Solution Architecture: Design scalable, secure, and robust end-to-end architectures for core insurance implementations and upgrades. Integration & Cloud Strategy: Oversee microservices design, API integrations, and Guidewire Cloud/hybrid deployment roadmaps. Technical Governance: Establish coding standards, conduct architecture and code reviews, and mitigate technical debt. Stakeholder Collaboration: Bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution by advising client stakeholders and product owners. Team Leadership: Mentor developers and integration specialists while driving engineering best practices. Required Qualifications & Skills Experience: 10+ years in IT with extensive hands-on experience in Guidewire Insurance Suite implementation and architecture. Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance operations and data models. Technical Stack: Proficiency in Guidewire configuration, Gosu, enterprise integration patterns, cloud platforms, and automated testing frameworks.

Requirements
