Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Sales Development Representative. The SDR will identify and qualify prospective customers through outbound outreach, including calls, emails, and social channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching target accounts, generating and nurturing leads, setting up discovery meetings or demos for the sales team, and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. The SDR will collaborate closely with sales and marketing to refine messaging, follow up on inbound inquiries, and support campaigns that drive pipeline growth. The role also involves consistently meeting activity and conversion targets while providing feedback from prospects to improve EOXS’s go-to-market approach. Qualifications Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, with experience driving pipeline through outbound and inbound activities. Solid Sales and Business Development abilities, including qualifying opportunities and supporting the sales cycle. Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts in accessible language. Comfort working in a remote, fast-paced, technology-focused environment, with good time management and self-motivation. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales engagement tools; experience in B2B or SaaS sales is a plus. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Relevant education or equivalent practical experience in sales, business, or a related field.
