We are seeking a seasoned Data Technology Consultant to join our expanding Data & AI practice and help drive Data & AI Modernization Programs for EPAM clients. This role bridges technology and business value: you will help enterprises retire legacy data warehouses and ETL platforms, move to a modern lakehouse stack, and unlock analytics and AI use cases that were out of reach before. You will design innovative modernization solutions, own presales end-to-end, and bring strategic advisory plus deep technical know-how to senior client stakeholders across worldwide industries. What you’ll do

Requirements

Requires 7 or more years of experience in data technology consulting, data architecture, or solution architecture, with hands-on experience using Databricks and Snowflake across AWS, Azure, or GCP. Candidates should understand legacy data warehouses and ETL tools, have led enterprise modernization and migration programs, and demonstrate strong executive communication and advisory skills.
