We are looking for an experienced Product Owner / Lead Business Analyst to play a key role in a critical Product 2.0 STIBO STEP to Syndigo migration. The ideal candidate will have experience in Retail domain, knowledge in retail product workflows and applications, strong technical foundation, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, training, the demand for the role, skillset, and overall business and local labour market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: CA$130,000 - CA$160,000. Requirements

Requires at least 10 years of IT experience, including 5 or more years in business analysis, and proven Product Owner or Lead Business Analyst experience with retail PIM and PCM models and applications. Candidates should understand SQL, database structures and relationships, APIs, and integration processes, and have strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
