We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Program Manager to lead a high-visibility Master Data Management (MDM) platform migration from STIBO STEP to Syndigo. In this role, you will oversee complex, cross-functional program delivery, align strategic roadmaps with business objectives, and orchestrate multiple workstreams to ensure seamless execution. Candidates with strong expertise in retail product flows, enterprise MDM implementations, and large-scale transformation programs are highly preferred. Candidates should have strong governance, financial, risk, stakeholder, and distributed-team management capabilities, plus hands-on experience with tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps.
