Placement within a specific production area will be based on business needs. YOUR SCHEDULE 4 ON 4 OFF Work 4 days, then enjoy 4 days off — every rotation. Two day shifts followed by two night shifts, then four consecutive days off. This gives you more long weekends than a standard 5-day work week. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Operate and monitor production equipment following standard operating procedures * Set up, adjust, and perform basic troubleshooting on machinery as needed * Inspect products and materials to ensure they meet quality specifications * Maintain accurate production records and report deviations to your supervisor * Keep your work area clean, organized, and compliant with SQF and safety standards * Collaborate with your team to meet production targets * Follow all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures REQUIREMENTS * High school diploma or equivalent * Minimum 1 year of experience working in a manufacturing environment * Good mechanical aptitude — able to perform basic equipment adjustments * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy * Clear communication skills, both verbal and written * Comfortable working rotating shifts including days and nights * Able to lift 40 lbs and stand for extended periods * Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Word and Excel) PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * Experience in a flexographic or flexible packaging environment * Familiarity with quality control or inspection processes * Knowledge of SQF or food safety standards WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU * Competitive wages: $21–$24/hr + $2.00/hr night shift premium * Comprehensive health and dental benefits * Defined contribution pension plan * Profit sharing program * Training and development support * On-site gym and cafeteria * Be part of a team recognized as one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies IMMIGRATION & WORK AUTHORIZATION We welcome applications from Canadian citizens and permanent residents.
