This is steady, year-round work with regular weekday hours and no on-call rotation. Key Responsibilities · Framing, drywall repairs, mudding, taping, and texturing · Finish carpentry, doors, trim, millwork, cabinets, and hardware · Painting, repairs, and general reconstruction work · Document progress in Encircle and keep sites clean and organized What We're Looking For · At least 3 years of carpentry experience · Strong all-around renovation and repair skills · Able to work independently and solve problems on-site · Valid Class 5 driver’s licence and basic hand tools · Dependable, professional, and proud of your workmanship What We Offer · $28-$40 per hour based on experience · Monday-Friday schedule with optional paid overtime · No on-call requirements · Company vehicle for qualified candidates and company phone · Health, dental, and life insurance benefits · Steady work with opportunities to grow Ready to rebuild and restore the future with us?
