Job summary
Title: Avionics & Communication Systems Lead Location: Montreal Employment Type: Full-time Job Description & Skill Requirement: • Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Communications Engineering, or related discipline • Minimum 15 years total engineering experience • Minimum 5 years experience in avionics and/or aviation communication systems • Demonstrated experience with: o Aircraft avionics architectures o RF communication systems o IP-based data networks o BVLOS or unmanned aircraft operations • Familiarity with aviation certification and regulatory environments (FAA, EASA, or equivalent) Qualification: •Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Communications Engineering, or related discipline External Skills And Expertise Skills: • Avionics Architecture & Integration • Onboard Computing & Storage • Command & Control (C2) Communications • Data & Video Link Systems • Telemetry Processing System • Tracking Antenna System • Video Processing & Display Systems • Ground Control Station (GCS) Integration • Networking & IT Infrastructure • Certification & Compliance Support

Requirements
