RSA Archer Business Analyst Toronto, ON (Hybrid) Full Time Description We are seeking an experienced Archer Business Analyst to support delivery of enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions on the Archer SaaS platform. This role acts as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring requirements are clearly defined and translated into scalable, compliant solutions aligned to risk and regulatory objectives, with a strong focus on Quality Assurance (QA). Responsibilities Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder engagement (workshops, interviews) Translate requirements into user stories, functional specifications, and process flows aligned to Archer capabilities Support design and configuration of Archer applications (workflows, questionnaires, reporting, data models) Develop and execute test cases aligned to business requirements and acceptance criteria; support SIT/UAT, including defect tracking and resolution Partner with stakeholders and technical teams to define test strategy, review test cases, and validate system functionality Contribute to Agile delivery (backlog grooming, sprint planning, release support) Maintain clear documentation (BRDs, FSDs, data mappings, user guides, test plans, test cases, test results) Support reporting and dashboards for risk, audit, and regulatory stakeholders Required Qualifications 3–7+ years of Business Analyst experience in Archer Familiar with Archer Evolv Strong requirements elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills Solid understanding of risk management, compliance, or audit processes Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Experience in QA activities, including test planning, test case development, and UAT support Preferred Qualifications Experience with key Archer use cases (Operational Risk, IT Risk, TPRM, Audit Management) Familiarity with integrations (APIs, ETL, data mapping) Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., SOX, OSFI, ISO 27001, GDPR) Relevant certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile/Scrum, Archer certification) Experience supporting large-scale GRC or transformation programs Why Join Us Contribute to enterprise-wide GRC transformation initiatives Work on a high-visibility platform supporting risk and regulatory priorities Collaborate with cross-functional business and technology teams Opportunity for professional growth in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment
What you’ll do

Requirements
Candidates should have 3-7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a strong understanding of risk management and compliance processes. Familiarity with Archer and Agile methodologies is essential, along with solid analytical and communication skills.
