We are looking for an enthusiastic, collaborative individual to join our Polo Park Store Team as an Operations Supervisor. THE DETAILS: You'll be joining our store team in a full-time capacity Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) as required, providing leadership coverage in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Manager Support daily store operations and provide ongoing guidance to the Stock Associate team and other store members Respond to customer inquiries related to service parts requests, shipping dates, product availability, pricing, and product quality concerns Assist with live customer support, including phone lines and live chat, investigating and resolving concerns in a timely manner Complete weekly cycle counts accurately, including variance investigation and resolution Receive and process incoming shipments in accordance with company procedures, while maintaining a clean and organized stockroom Maintain inventory logs, including damages, reverse logistics, vendor credits, and AS IS inventory Partner with the Visual Coordinator and store leadership to support pricing updates and operational readiness for floor sets Support operational reporting, audit preparation, and completion of operational checklists Coordinate facility maintenance and repair requests with store leadership as needed Participate in Health & Safety inspections and support operational compliance within the store WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE: 1–3 years of retail operations, customer service, or inventory management experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity Experience with inventory processes, including cycle counts and stock management Strong customer service and problem-solving skills Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office applications Experience with Storis and SharePoint is considered an asset High School diploma/GED required; post-secondary education in business, retail operations, or a related field is an asset Ability to lift products weighing up to 75 lbs, and to stand and walk for extended periods of time WORK LIFE AT EQ3: A company that supports work-life balance with paid time off and flexibility Competitive compensation and benefit packages Employee discount program for products, wellness plans, group banking and more EQ3 Spirit Committee that promotes community engagement, rewards, and recognition for all employees Surround yourself with a community that supports professional growth and collaboration CLOSING DATE: Open until filled HOW TO APPLY: Submit your complete application by clicking on "Apply to Position" now!
