Key duties include executing preventative maintenance, conducting system inspections, and managing building systems like HVAC and electrical. Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least five years of relevant experience in industrial or office buildings. A valid G class driver's license and the ability to work at heights and in confined spaces are required.
