Accueil et service à la clientèle Accueillir les clients au bureau. Répondre aux appels téléphoniques et aux courriels. Diriger les demandes vers les bonnes personnes. Assurer un excellent service à la clientèle. 2. Gestion administrative Gérer les agendas des avocats. Organiser et confirmer les rendez-vous. Préparer les salles de rencontre. Commander les fournitures de bureau. Effectuer le classement physique et électronique. 3. Gestion des dossiers Ouvrir de nouveaux dossiers clients. Mettre à jour les informations dans le logiciel de gestion. Numériser, classer et archiver les documents. Assurer le suivi des dossiers administratifs. 4. Correspondance Rédiger des lettres simples et des courriels. Préparer des envois postaux ou par messagerie. Effectuer des suivis auprès des clients ou des intervenants. 5. Soutien aux avocats Préparer des documents administratifs. Assembler des cahiers de pièces ou de documents. Imprimer, photocopier et numériser des documents. Effectuer certaines recherches administratives. 6. Facturation et comptabilité de base Préparer les factures. Effectuer les dépôts. Recevoir les paiements. Faire le suivi des comptes à recevoir. Collaborer avec la comptabilité. 7. Gestion documentaire Vérifier que les dossiers sont complets. Respecter les politiques de confidentialité. Archiver les dossiers fermés. 8. Coordination Coordonner les rendez-vous avec les clients, notaires, huissiers et autres professionnels. Réserver les salles de conférence ou les déplacements. Organiser certains événements internes. Compétences recherchées Excellente organisation. Sens des priorités. Discrétion et confidentialité. Excellent français écrit et oral (anglais souvent un atout). Maîtrise de Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel). Connaissance d'un logiciel de gestion juridique (JurisÉvolution, Maître, Clio, etc.) constitue un avantage. Service à la clientèle. Your Responsibilities: 1. Reception and Client Service Welcome clients to the office. Answer telephone calls and emails. Direct inquiries to the appropriate team members. Support to Lawyers Prepare administrative documents. Assemble document binders and briefs. Print, photocopy, and scan documents. Conduct basic administrative research. 6. Billing and Basic Accounting Prepare invoices. Process deposits. Receive and record payments. Monitor accounts receivable. Assist with accounting-related tasks. 7. Document Management Ensure client files are complete. Maintain compliance with confidentiality policies. Archive closed files. 8. Coordination Coordinate appointments with clients, notaries, bailiffs, and other professionals. Book conference rooms and arrange travel, when required. Assist in organizing internal events. Qualifications and Skills Excellent organizational skills. Strong ability to prioritize tasks. High level of discretion and confidentiality. Excellent written and spoken French (English is considered an asset). Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel). Experience with legal practice management software (JurisÉvolution, Maître, Clio, or similar) is an asset. Strong client service skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure.
