The Opportunity We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Seamstress / Sample Maker to join our studio on a flexible, ongoing contract basis. In this role, you will work hands-on alongside our team, contributing directly to the high-quality garment construction and production our clients rely on. This is an opportunity to apply your craft in a dynamic, creative environment where every stitch contributes to the final product. Responsibilities Garment construction, sample sewing, stitching, hemming, and alterations. Pattern cutting and assembly of garment components. Quality inspection of completed garments. Supporting production across apparel and costume fabrication projects. What We Are Looking For Demonstrated experience as a seamstress, sample maker, tailor, or garment technician. Proficiency with industrial sewing machines and sewing notions. Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality craftsmanship. The ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and meet production timelines. Valid WorkSafeBC registration or the ability to obtain Personal Optional Protection (POP) coverage prior to commencement. What We Offer Flexible scheduling based on mutual availability.
