Role Description The Production Team Member is a full-time, on-site role based in Winnipeg, MB. This position is responsible for supporting day-to-day print production activities, including preparing materials, operating production equipment, and following job specifications to ensure accurate output. The role involves monitoring workflows, checking product quality, and assisting with packaging and finishing processes. The Production Team Member collaborates with supervisors and coworkers to meet deadlines, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and support continuous improvement in production efficiency. This role may also include learning new equipment and processes and helping train team members as needed. Qualifications Ability to support Production Planning and basic Production Management activities to ensure jobs are organized and completed on schedule. Strong Communication skills for coordinating with supervisors, coworkers, and other departments in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and commitment to Quality Control to meet company standards and client expectations. Willingness to participate in Training and cross-training to learn new equipment, processes, and safety procedures. Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort working with production machinery and tools. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and follow safety guidelines in a production environment. Previous experience in printing, manufacturing, or a similar production setting is an asset. Reliable work habits, strong organizational skills, and a focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction.
