Responsibilities Assist with property listings, marketing materials, and promotional campaigns to attract potential buyers or tenants Coordinate property viewings, appointments, and open houses with clients and agents Manage administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, updating databases, and maintaining accurate records Support negotiation processes between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants to facilitate successful agreements Communicate effectively with clients in multiple languages to ensure clarity and satisfaction Handle customer service inquiries promptly, providing professional guidance and support throughout the transaction process Organize property management activities including lease renewals, maintenance scheduling, and documentation updates Has to be available for property viewing to prospect clients Has to be available if tenants need physical assistance Experience Previous administrative experience in real estate or property management is highly preferred Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate confidently and clearly Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a significant advantage for engaging diverse clientele Proven organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with marketing strategies specific to real estate is a plus Customer service experience demonstrating professionalism and responsiveness in client interactions Salary:CAD$41,600 - CAD$45,000 per annum
