Job Description The Cash Application Clerk will perform the core day-to-day Cash Application activities as part of the Shared Services (NSC) team. The right candidate for this role is experienced in high volume multi-company/multi-location cash applications in a large corporate environment. Responsibilities: Apply Cash Receipts across multiple Business Lines (Cheques, Credit Cards, EFT’s) Send Customer Statements for all accounts Prepare Electronic Bank Deposits Create Historical Aging Reports in a timely fashion Respond to Business Unit inquiries Assist with other projects as needed Qualifications EXPERIENCE: 1-3 years of cash applications experience 1+ years of experience in Great Plains is an Asset 1+ years of experience with HighRadius is an Asset Proven ability to handle a high volume of transactions and meet deadlines SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITITES: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office; intermediate Excel skills High customer service mindset Ability to multi-task, manage time efficiently and prioritize Strong sense of task ownership and accountability Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Problem solver, with high attention to detail Ability to communicate in English (French language is an Asset.
