Install, configure, validate, maintain, and troubleshoot EUROIMMUN instruments and software at customer laboratories, including supporting network and laboratory information system interfaces. Provide customer training and application support, coordinate logistics and validation activities, and maintain project and service documentation while collaborating with customers and internal teams.
