Lead and coach a four-person offshore sales team, managing schedules, targets, onboarding, call reviews, and daily performance. Own the sales journey from initial enquiry to vehicle delivery, improve conversion through testing and process optimization, maintain CRM and sales data, handle complex opportunities, and collaborate with marketing and operations.

Manage dealership relationships across Ontario, serving as the primary contact and conducting regular field visits to provide support, training, and improve product adoption and performance. Grow existing accounts, plan territory activity, share market insights with internal teams, and provide support to Western Canada when needed.

Oversee daily accounting operations, supervise a small team, and support monthly and annual closing activities. Manage intercompany transactions and tax returns, assist with payroll, and work with the CFO to improve accounting processes, reporting, and internal controls.
