Position Summary Serves as the first point of contact for customers, students, and visitors, delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support while ensuring the efficient operation of the office. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to customers, students, and visitors at the territory office. Welcome visitors and perform front desk and reception duties in a professional and courteous manner. Answer incoming phone calls and emails, responding to inquiries or directing them to the appropriate individual or department. Receive, sort, and distribute mail and coordinate courier services. Assist students with scheduling and attending studio appointments. Travel to school locations, as required, to support equipment deliveries, pickups, and related logistics. Maintain a professional image and represent Everest positively at all times. Follow established safety policies, procedures, and safe work practices. Support general administrative and office functions as required. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; customer service or administrative training is considered an asset. One to two years of customer service, reception, or administrative experience preferred. Proficiency with basic computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and related software. Strong customer service, telephone, and interpersonal communication skills. Excellent verbal, written, and active listening abilities. Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to remain professional, courteous, and calm when handling challenging situations. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information. Access to reliable, insured transportation for travel to assigned locations as required. Valid driver's license with a current driving record in good standing. Vehicle insurance must be current and compliant with applicable provincial regulations.
