Manage member claims from intake through resolution, investigating vehicle damage and incidents, assessing liability, coordinating with ICBC and internal teams, and keeping members informed. Handle escalated concerns, recoveries, payments, documentation, and operational administration while identifying process improvements and supporting business initiatives.

Ensure the safety and availability of the Evo vehicle fleet through technical support, repairs, and parts management. Responsibilities include dismantling total loss vehicles, performing minor repairs, and diagnosing in-vehicle telematics.
