The Job At evo, our Distribution Center (DC) is at the heart of our retail business, playing a key role in building strong relationships with our customers, vendors, and team members. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be integral to ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and care with which our products are processed and shipped. Your contributions will directly impact evo’s ability to meet customer needs, maintain efficient operations, and uphold our brand’s reputation. What You Will Do Execute Inbound, Outbound, Reverse Logistics, and Inventory Control tasks in accordance with established procedures, ensuring proper transfers before product receipt in-store or at the Distribution Center (DC). Organize stock and maintain inventory to ensure easy access, accurate tracking, and a clean environment. Ensure equipment is maintained in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion, adhering to safety and operational standards. Operate all equipment, including safely and efficiently, following safety protocols at all times. Communicate with team members and team leads in a courteous, respectful, and professional manner to foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Identify and resolve issues related to orders, inventory, or product discrepancies Maintain acceptable attendance as outlined in the evo employee handbook, ensuring reliability and consistency. Attend shift and department meetings as scheduled to stay informed about company policies, procedures, and updates. Report any procedural or safety issues to the Lead, Supervisor, or designated staff members promptly to maintain operational efficiency and safety. Participate in housekeeping tasks as directed by DC Leadership to maintain an orderly work area and a safe, clean environment. Must be able to read, count accurately, do simple math, and write legibly. Familiarity with computer systems, warehouse management systems, parcel manifest systems and computerized scanning equipment is a plus. Capable of standing and walking for extended periods Must be able to twist, stoop, squat, reach above shoulder level and crouch on a frequent basis. Must be able to user proper techniques to lift 50 pounds. Emphasis on safety is extremely important.
