This position provides proactive human resources partnership and operational support across employee relations, talent development, performance management, workforce planning, recruitment, employee engagement, and HR initiatives. Working closely with leaders and employees, the People & Culture Business Partner helps drive a positive workplace culture while ensuring compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and Evolution's values. This position will be based residentially in Red Lake, Ontario. We offer a competitive salary, bonus structure and future growth opportunities. The compensation range for this role is $90,000 to $105,000 CAD. Key result areas in this role include: Partner with operational leaders to provide timely and practical people management guidance and support. Support employee attraction, retention, engagement, and workforce planning initiatives. Provide coaching and advice on performance management, employee relations, attendance management, and workplace investigations. Support the implementation and communication of People & Culture policies, procedures, and programs. Coordinate recruitment and support hiring leaders throughout recruitment and onboarding processes. Coordinate and support talent management, succession planning, and career development initiatives. Facilitate employee orientation and onboarding programs. Participate in People & Culture projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Prepare and analyze People & Culture metrics and reporting to support informed decision-making. Build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization. Ensure compliance with applicable legislation, company standards, and site requirements. Demonstrate leadership behaviours aligned with Evolution Mining's values of Safety, Excellence, Accountability and Respect. Complete other tasks and projects as requested. About you As a People & Culture Business Partner, you bring strong relationship-building skills, sound judgment, and a passion for supporting people and business performance. You are comfortable working in a dynamic operational environment and can effectively balance strategic priorities with day-to-day support. It is also important that you have: Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labour Relations, or a related discipline. CHRP designation (or working towards designation) considered an asset. Minimum 1-3 years of Human Resources experience in a generalist or business partnering role. Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices. Experience supporting leaders with employee relations and performance management matters. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build credibility at all levels. Highly developed organizational and administrative skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and HR information systems. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Requirements

Candidates must have post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field and 1-3 years of HR generalist or business partnering experience. Strong knowledge of employment legislation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build credibility at all levels are essential.
