Provide technical leadership across project design, procurement, construction, commissioning, qualification, validation, and operational readiness while ensuring alignment with project, business, regulatory, and cGMP requirements. Coordinate stakeholders and suppliers, manage technical documentation and project controls, resolve field issues, and support system handover and project closeout.
