Derrick Hands - Tele Double Drilling Rig Location: Near Bonnyville, Alberta Schedule: 20 days on, 10 days off Start: Immediately Pay: $49.10 per hour, plus full benefits Excalibur Drilling is hiring experienced derrickhands for steady work on a tele double rig near Bonnyville. *Each crew has two derrickhands: one stick derrickhand and one tank derrickhand. Responsibilities Perform derrickhand duties safely and efficiently, including pipe handling, equipment checks, and rig maintenance. For the tank position, monitor and maintain the mud system and assist with mixing and transfers. Work closely with the driller and crew, keep the worksite orderly, and report hazards promptly. Support less experienced crew members where appropriate. Qualifications Previous derrickhand experience, preferably on a tele double rig Ability to perform physical work, work at heights, and follow a 20-on, 10-off schedule Mechanical aptitude and strong communication and teamwork skills Current safety tickets, including Fall Arrest, H2S Alive, and First Aid Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test Please apply with your resume and current safety tickets.
