Architectural Drafting Technician

On-site

The Architectural Drafting Technician will create residential construction documents using AutoCad and ensure accurate implementation of elevations and detailing. They will also prepare jobs for permit applications and provide input for value engineering to meet production schedules.

Estimator

On-site

The Estimator is responsible for job-specific budgeting, material take-offs, and maintaining the model and option database. They also manage purchase orders, review trade quotes, and ensure all job documentation is distributed to trade partners.

Labourer - Residential Construction

On-site

The labourer will maintain clean and organized construction sites while assisting with material handling and site preparation for trades. They are responsible for ensuring safety protocols are followed and supporting the construction team with various physical tasks.

Safety Officer

On-site

The Health and Safety Specialist will maintain and improve the company's COR-certified safety management system while partnering with operational leaders to integrate safety into daily work. They will conduct site inspections, lead incident investigations, and provide guidance on WCB claims and return-to-work programs.

Sales Associate

On-site

The role involves generating sales for the community and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include handling administrative duties, conducting onsite inspections, and creating weekly sales reports.
