Job details

Hours of Work : Casual (Grand Manor) The job responsibilities are as follows: * Performing reception duties: redirecting incoming calls, handling deliveries, greeting/directing visitors/contractors, maintaining sign in/sign out log, and provide orientation training for relief Administrative Assistant. * Maintaining and updating inventory lists of office and first aid supplies. Ensuring there is sufficient paper in photocopier. * Providing administrative support to DAL Leadership in the completion of documentation, reporting, letters, etc. as required * Date stamping and recording all received documents and distributing to all divisions. * Maintaining a neat, clean, and orderly reception area at all times. * Distributing incoming mail to applicable departments and preparing outgoing mail/documentation for delivery. * Updating and distributing internal telephone and extension lists for all areas of Balwin Villa and update Balwin Villa staff in/out board on a daily basis * Participating in committees as assigned. * Maintaining and updating the filing of required documented from DAL Management ensuring confidentiality at all times. This is to be completed on a weekly basis. Requirements: * Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products. * Good planning and organizational skills. * Effective communication and people skills. * Certification in First Aid/CPR. * Satisfactory criminal record check.
