Contrôleur — Secteur immobilier Responsabilités Superviser et approuver les états financiers mensuels et analyser la performance financière. Assurer la qualité, l’exactitude et la conformité de l’information financière. Superviser les contrôles internes et la documentation comptable. Encadrer l’équipe et assurer le respect des échéanciers. Participer aux audits externes et à divers projets spéciaux, notamment les acquisitions et intégrations de propriétés. Agir comme partenaire financier auprès des équipes opérationnelles et des clients. Exigences 15+ ans d’expérience en comptabilité, incluant de l’expérience en gestion d’équipe. CPA requis. Excellente connaissance des normes IFRS et/ou US GAAP. Connaissance de Hopem, un atout important. Bilinguisme français/anglais, à l’oral et à l’écrit. Excellent sens de l’organisation, jugement et capacité à résoudre des problèmes. Leadership mobilisateur et aisance à communiquer des concepts financiers à des non-financiers. ********************************** Controller — Real Estate Responsibilities Review and approve monthly financial statements and analyze financial performance. Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and compliance of financial information. Oversee internal controls and accounting documentation. Lead and support the accounting team while ensuring deadlines are met. Participate in external audits and special projects, including acquisitions and property integrations. Act as a financial business partner to operations and key stakeholders. Requirements 15+ years of accounting experience, including team management. CPA designation required. Strong knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP. Experience with Hopem is an asset. Bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken. Strong organizational skills, judgment, and problem-solving abilities. Collaborative leadership style and ability to communicate financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
