Job summary

Responsabilités Diriger et soutenir des mandats de F&A et de services-conseils transactionnels, de l’analyse initiale jusqu’à la clôture. Analyser la performance financière historique, le fonds de roulement, les dépenses en immobilisations, les prévisions et les principaux leviers d’affaires. Préparer des modèles financiers, analyses d’évaluation, dossiers de diligence raisonnable et rapports de Quality of Earnings. Préparer des documents transactionnels, notamment des CIM, teasers, listes d’acheteurs et présentations marketing. Effectuer des analyses du fonds de roulement et des ajustements du prix d’achat après la clôture. Soutenir les mandats d’allocation du prix d’achat et d’intégration post-acquisition. Participer aux échanges avec les acheteurs, vendeurs et autres parties prenantes. Former et encadrer les membres moins expérimentés de l’équipe. Participer au développement des affaires et à la gestion des relations clients. Exigences et compétences Titre CPA et diplôme universitaire en comptabilité, commerce, administration ou domaine connexe. Minimum de 4 ans d’expérience pertinente, dont au moins 1 an en diligence financière, finance corporative, banque d’investissement ou développement corporatif. Solides connaissances en comptabilité et finance, avec expérience en modélisation financière et évaluation d’entreprises. Excellente maîtrise d’Excel, PowerPoint et Word. Fortes capacités analytiques et grande attention aux détails. Capacité à gérer plusieurs mandats simultanément et à respecter des échéanciers serrés. Excellentes aptitudes en communication et en relations interpersonnelles. Aptitudes en développement des affaires et en gestion de relations clients. Bilinguisme français/anglais, un atout. Disponibilité pour voyager, notamment pour des mandats aux États-Unis. Connaissance de DatabookPro / Create, un atout. ******************* Responsibilities Lead and support M&A and transaction advisory mandates from assessment through closing. Analyze historical financial performance, working capital, CapEx, forecasts, and key business drivers. Prepare financial models, valuation analyses, due diligence workbooks, and Quality of Earnings reports. Develop transaction materials, including CIMs, teasers, buyer lists, and marketing presentations. Prepare working capital analyses and post-closing purchase price adjustments. Support purchase price allocation and post-acquisition integration projects. Participate in discussions with buyers, sellers, and other stakeholders throughout the transaction process. Train and mentor junior team members. Contribute to business development and client relationship initiatives. Requirements & Skills CPA designation and university degree in Accounting, Commerce, Business, or a related field. 4+ years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year in financial due diligence, corporate finance, investment banking, or corporate development. Strong financial accounting knowledge and experience with financial modelling and valuation. Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple mandates and meet tight deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team. Strong business development and relationship-building skills. Bilingual French/English is an asset. Ability and willingness to travel, including the ability to work on assignments in the U.S. Knowledge of DatabookPro / Create is an asset.
