Responsabilités Diriger les processus de budget annuel, de planification et de prévisions. Fournir des analyses financières et des recommandations stratégiques à la haute direction. Diriger, coacher et développer une équipe de 3 à 4 analystes FP&A. Préparer les présentations et rapports financiers destinés à la haute direction et au conseil d’administration. Développer et suivre les KPI et tableaux de bord corporatifs. Diriger les analyses financières liées aux acquisitions, partenariats et projets d’expansion. Développer des modèles financiers, analyses de rentabilité et scénarios de risques. Piloter l’amélioration des systèmes, l’automatisation du reporting et l’utilisation de l’IA pour optimiser les prévisions et analyses. Profil recherché Baccalauréat en finance, comptabilité ou domaine connexe. 7 à 10 ans d’expérience en finance/comptabilité, dont 5+ ans à un niveau gestionnaire ou supérieur. Solide expérience en FP&A, budgétisation, prévisions et modélisation financière. Expérience en gestion d’équipe et en leadership financier. CPA, MBA ou CFA, un atout. Expérience en commerce de détail, M&A ou implantation de systèmes, des atouts. Intérêt ou expérience avec les outils d’IA générative et d’automatisation. Excellentes capacités analytiques et aptitude à transformer les données en recommandations concrètes. Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to senior leadership. Lead, coach, and develop a team of 3–4 FP&A analysts. Prepare financial presentations and reporting for senior leadership and the Board. Develop and monitor corporate KPIs and dashboards. Lead financial analysis related to acquisitions, partnerships, and expansion initiatives. Build financial models, profitability analyses, and risk scenarios. Drive system improvements, reporting automation, and the use of AI to enhance forecasting and analytics. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 7–10 years of finance/accounting experience, including 5+ years at manager level or above. Strong experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. Proven team leadership and financial management experience. CPA, MBA, or CFA is an asset. Retail, M&A, or systems implementation experience is an asset. Experience with or strong interest in generative AI and automation tools. Strong analytical and business partnering skills. French/English bilingualism required.

Requirements
