In this role, you will transform procurement, supplier, and project data into meaningful insights that support sourcing strategies, supplier performance, and business decision-making. This opportunity is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, experience with data visualization, and the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and actionable way. Key Responsibilities Data Analysis & Reporting Extract, clean, and analyze procurement data from systems such as SAP, Ariba, Fieldglass, and other internal platforms. Develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards for spend analysis, supplier performance, contract compliance, and procurement KPIs. Create standardized reports and reusable data models to support procurement teams. Present data-driven insights through clear reports, dashboards, and executive summaries. Procurement & Commercial Support Provide analytical support to Category Managers and procurement stakeholders. Monitor supplier performance and prepare KPI reports and review materials. Support sourcing activities, including RFI/RFP analysis, benchmarking, and bid evaluations. Assist with negotiation preparation and contract award recommendations. Process Improvement & Automation Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes through automation and AI tools. Reduce manual reporting by implementing efficient analytical solutions. Support continuous improvement initiatives and enhance procurement reporting best practices. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline. 2–4 years of experience in analytics within procurement, finance, operations, supply chain, or a similar environment. Experience working with large datasets to support business decisions. Required Skills Strong experience with Power BI (dashboard development and data modeling). Advanced Microsoft Excel, including Power Query. Strong PowerPoint presentation skills. Experience with ERP or procurement systems such as SAP or Ariba. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills. Ability to communicate insights clearly to business stakeholders. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Nice-to-Have Skills Experience with SQL, Python, or automation tools. Knowledge of AI tools for data analysis and reporting. Exposure to industrial, manufacturing, mining, or other capital-intensive industries. Understanding of procurement concepts, supplier performance metrics, and contract management. Requirements

Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 2-4 years of experience in analytics within procurement or a similar environment. Strong skills in Power BI, Excel, and data analysis are required, along with bilingual proficiency in English and French.
