The Parts Advisor - Trainer is responsible for onboarding and providing training to new parts employees while coordinating ongoing development for the team. Additionally, they will serve customers, manage parts inventory, and assist the shipping department with delivery preparations.

Experience, training and skills that would be helpful: Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar position; Excellent customer service skills; Basic mechanical knowledge (an asset); Bilingual: fluent spoken French & English; Expertise with the Fusion program and Microsoft (a strong asset!). What you’ll do

Requirements

Candidates should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent customer service and communication skills. Proficiency in French and English is required, with basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with Fusion and Microsoft software considered strong assets.
