What you’ll be responsible for: Providing customer service and parts advice; Managing orders, parts searches, purchases, and inventory; Optimizing storage and following up on returns and cores; Handling administrative tasks related to parts; Supervising, training, and scheduling the Parts Department team; Ensuring adequate schedule coverage and the smooth operation of the department. Experience, training & skills that will help you succeed: Relevant vocational diploma (DEP); 5 to 10 years of experience in the parts industry (an asset); Natural leadership and a strong sense of responsibility; Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and autonomy; Excellent communication and teamwork skills; Ability to make quick decisions and work well under pressure; Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on customer satisfaction; Bilingual French and English, as some customers and suppliers may be English-speaking.
