*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. *Responsibilities* * Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions and needs. * Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals. * Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and overall physical function. * Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. * Educate patients and their families about treatment options, exercises, and self-care strategies. * Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care. * Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes. * Stay updated on the latest advancements in physiotherapy practices and techniques. *Qualifications* * A degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution. * Valid physiotherapy license or certification as required by state regulations. * Previous hospital experience is preferred, particularly in acute care settings. * Experience working with pediatric patients is highly desirable. * Strong understanding of medical terminology related to physiotherapy practices. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with patients and their families. * Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment. * Compassionate approach to patient care with a commitment to improving quality of life for individuals through rehabilitation.
